We are insured with Pet Business Insurance Ltd – You can ask for a copy at any time.
Will you walk my dog off-lead?
Yes, If you are happy to sign the off lead consent form and your dog is reliable on recall.
How do I book training with you?
You can do this through our bookings system on the website or giving us an email with your requirements.
Do I need to be home when you collect my dog?
No, If you provide us with a key or a code you can leave the rest to us.
Do you work on Bank Holidays and Weekends?
Only for Training, Education and Adventure Walks, however if you have an emergency or a one off need then get in touch. we may be able to assist.
How do you keep me informed in an emergency?
We will ring you straight away if any issues arise. We will tell you what we are going to do about it and keep you informed as updates come in – respecting your wishes with the dogs best welfare in mind.
